Born and raised in the second largest metropolis in India, Mr. Gautam Lalani, moved to Canada in 2002 to attend post-secondary education in Hospitality. The taste of the road side teacups in the afternoon after school with his friends still lingers in his memories. Unlike the relaxed and peripatetic lifestyle in the big city, he finds Canada much more focussed. He has worked hard to achieve his dream. After completing his bachelors in hospitality management, he was eager to open his own business. The opportunity came knocking on the door when his previous employer decided to sell his fast food restaurant in 2005. With the help of his family, Mr. Lalani dared to open his own fast food joint. Even with a busy schedule he finds time to Skype with his parents back home and watch movies. “I have been working hard and hope my business will get successful otherwise,” he said with a smile on his face.
