Method 2. Add apple, dried chillies, curry leaves and salt. 3. When apple softens, add coriander leaves and continue cooking for one minute. Serve hot. Note: An unusual, tangy vegetable dish with a distinctly South Indian flavour. Apples can also be substituted with another vegetable like chopped raw spinach, cubed raw eggplant, boiled sweet potato or boiled beans. |
