Aftab Shivdasani, the popular Bollywood star who was in the recent thriller ‘Red: The Dark Side’ (opposite Celina Jaitley and Amrita Arora), will be the Guest of Honor at the 17th Annual Miss India-Canada event.

The show will be held on Saturday, June 30 at the DoubleTree International Plaza Hotel. Aftab will be presented with a Special Achievement Award at this year’s event. The show will once again be supported by Movado, Rogers, OM Financial, Air India and Payal Convention Centre.

Aftab is a multi-talented actor, who caught the attention of audiences as an orphan in his debut film Mr India. In 1999, his role in ‘Mast’ propelled his career to new heights.

He is also best known for his comedy roles in movies ‘Masti’, ‘Hungama’ and ‘Mr. Ya Miss’. Upcoming films to be released shortly are: ‘Dus Kahanivaan’, ‘Dhamaal’, ‘De Taali’, ‘Speed’, and ‘Yahan Ke Hum Sikander’, which include co-stars Anil Kapoor, Sunil Shetty, and Ashmit Patel.
