She was mother of Malatiben, late Kokilaben, Rashmiben, Mayur and Minesh, paternal aunt of Jagadishbhai, Dilipbhai and Pravinaben, Mother in law of Rameshchandra doshi, Rajnikant Desai, Jyoti and Rupa, from father side late Vadilal Narandas Shah, late Monavantiben and Vardhamanbhai Shah. Prarthanasabha from both side will be held on October 28th, 2006 between 4 to 5:30 at their resident Ratilal Chaturdas Vora, 1/58 Dasa Shrimali Nagar, Narsing lane, Malad(W), Mumbai.
