EAT! Vancouver, The Everything Food + Cooking Festival is back for another year on April 22, 23 & 24th, 2005 at BC Place Stadium.

Highlights for this year's festival include celebrity chefs preparing creative dishes, a competition for the title of CityTV's Master Chef, demonstrations in ice carving and sushi making, and a barbecue recipe Q & A with the award winning barbecuist Ron Shewchuk.

There will also be various boutique exhibitors displaying their latest exciting new additions for the suburban household kitchen: cookware, gadgetry and much much more.

When you get tired, slow down, taste some great wines, beers and spirits in the Tidings Magazine Tasting Pavilion and sit, relax and be entertained by food & wine experts as they deliver lectures, conduct wine tastings and food pairings.
