The Scene: Madangcoul is a cozy restaurant with an atmosphere that welcomes you the moment you step in the door. The chef's abundant experience, and persistence to use only Korean ingredients ensures a traditional Korean flavour. Dishes not to miss include Chicken Bulgogi (marinated chicken breast with Korean hot BBQ sauce), Dolsot Bibimbam (vegetable mixed with rice, beef, egg and hot sauce, served on a hot stone), Soondubu (spice soft Tofu hot pot with Kim chi and mushroom), and Busuk Zungol (mushroom stew with assorted mushroom, vegetable and beef). Side dishes of Kim chi, radish Kim chi, boiled potato with soy sauce, seed weed and bean sprouts are complimentary with each meal.
