Elusive, metaphoric and influenced by Japanese legends, Kurosawa‘s dream sequences reflect in some way impressions from his own life. A surreal and visually fascinating film, Dreams comprises eight dream sequences, featuring impressive special effects and beautiful Japanese scenery. Vancouver‘s own Eye of Newt ensemble will bring their talents to this cinematic masterpiece. It will feature Stefan Smulovitz on viola and laptop, Peggy Lee on cello, John Korsrud on trumpet, Ron Samworth on guitar and the voice of Viviane Houle.
